Rajasthan is highest producing state for pearl millets as this crop grows in dry conditions with minimal rainfall, low soil fertility and high temperature. This crop is grown in interiors of Jodhpur where no canal water is available; no chemical based fertilizer is used to grow the crops. Millets have a high nutritional content, low GI and high dietary fibre which aids in digestion. It has a Higher protein content with balanced amino acid, increased insulin sensitivity and reduce blood glucose level. It's gluten-free which makes it an excellent choice for people who have celiac disease or follow a gluten-free diet. Our Millet is a moisture less whole grain rich in Calcium & Magnesium packed with protein, antioxidants, and nutrients. Only natural manures vermi-compost and cow dung are used from and hence the crops are not contaminated and are completely organic. We prefer slow grinding stone chakki method on a favorable temperature, which helps in retention of all the nutrients which are usually lost in modern methods of grinding as the temperature levels are high while grinding the grains.
